Why follow flower photography tutorials?

You can use my flower photography tutorials to learn from someone with experience. Over the last 20 years I’ve done a lot, and I mean really a lot, of floral photography. It has become my number one specialty in photography and many floral artists appreciate and even admire the photo’s I’ve taken of their floral arrangements.

It makes me proud and thankful to read and hear their feedback; it’s not quite Dutch to write down in a blog how good you are in what you are doing, so it is kind of awkward to do this. But through the years I’ve had so many compliments and so many clients for my photography that I realize that it’s a proper thing to do so. Winning awards with them helped as well.

I love photographing flowers and floral arrangements: they’re my gateway to express eternal beauty and it’s so good to put one’s feelings and emotions in a photo of such amazing shapes, colors and composition.

Learning step-by-step with flower photography tutorials

Lately my urge of teaching others to make beautiful photo’s of flowers and in special floral arrangements has grown, so I decided to make a series of flower photography tutorials. These tutorials are primarily meant for floral artist’s and florist’s in order to be able to photograph their own artistic products for their websites, social media and printed media. So if you’re still questioning yourself, what’s in it for me? You can make sure that your work will last forever. That you can capture the essence of your work and compel others to choose you.

Using my skills as a former school teacher (bachelor degree in teaching) and my lifelong experience with teaching photography seminars, workshops and masterclasses makes me feel very comfortable in producing flower photography tutorials.

The best way to learn online is to look for a teacher who helps you along the way with clear and simple to follow step by step tutorials; It’s known all over the world that what you see has much more impact than what you hear or read. One tutorial says more than a thousand words 🙂
